Law roundup: Employee tries on donated handcuffs

The Kalispell Police Department was asked if they had a key to free an employee who tried on a pair of donated handcuffs. Officers were able to unlock the cuffs.

Someone allegedly went to the Kalispell Police Department wanting to know if it was legal to lock children in their bedrooms.

A man in his 50s  reportedly sat on his porch engaging in a sexual act while staring into another home.
