Reichner and Jill D. Reichner, as Grantor(s), conveyed said real property to Alliance Title, as Trustee, to secure an obligation owed to Washington Mutual Bank, FA, Federal Savings Bank, as Beneficiary, by Deed of Trust dated on May 23, 2006, and recorded on May 31, 2006 as Document No. 200615116150.
