No. 26048 NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE TO BE SOLD FOR CASH AT TRUSTEE'S SALE on July 15, 2019, at 11:00 AM at the East door of the Flathead County Justice Center located at 920 South Main Street, Kalispell MT 59901, the following described real property situated in Flathead County, Montana: See attached Exhibit "A" William S. Baum, as Grantor(s), conveyed said real property to Flathead County Title Company, as Trustee, to secure an obligation owed to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Lehman Brothers Bank, FSB, as Beneficiary, by Deed of Trust dated on July 19, 2004, and recorded on July 23, 2004, as Document No. 200420511330.
