Glacier falls in title game at Babe Ruth Regional

THE DALLES, Ore. — Glacier dropped a tough 9-8 decision to Twin Cities (Centralia, Wash.) on Monday in the championship game of the Babe Ruth Regional 14-year-old baseball tournament.

Glacier led 8-5, but gave up a four-run inning in the bottom of the seventh.

Offensively, Chris Park was 3 for 4 for Glacier, along with Jessie Walburn.

Glacier advanced to the title game with a victory earlier in the day over Oregon Swat, 7-3.

Luke May led the Glacier offense in that one, going 3 for 3. The team had solid pitching by Colten Parker, Jonny Sapa and AJ Wetsch.

Glacier finished 4-2 in regional action.
