Vote no on the water compact

Why would the state of Montana relinquish any water right to the tribes/federal government? 

Why would our Montana Legislature let itself be bullied with threats of lawsuits? 

If the water compact is approved, Montana will set a disastrous legal precedent for other tribes. Montana will also have created America’s first WATER SHEIKS and will have done it using the mere fishing right granted to the tribes  in the Hellgate Treaty.
