Don't surrender our water rights

If the water compact is passed, Montana will be repeating the federal takeover of water rights in the Klamath Basin which began in 2001. 

As in the Klamath Basin, our local tribes are being used as a “Trojan horse” by the feds to gain local control of our water.

Wake up, legislators in Helena! Make conscientious decisions to save our land for future generations in the beautiful Flathead Valley.  Remember… whoever controls the water controls the land. —Wayne and Jan Franklin, Kalispell
