George Stanley Stuebe, 76

George Stanley Stuebe, 76, passed away on Tuesday, April 21, 2015, at Heritage Place in Kalispell. 

Stan was born July 9, 1938, in Chinook to George and Olga Stuebe. The family moved to Ferndale where he grew up. He graduated from Bigfork High School. Stan worked as a gardener at the Kelly Evans Estate, in the Christmas trees and orchards on Flathead Lake. He had lived at Heritage Place the last 10 years. 

He is survived by two sisters, Eileen Kis and husband Louis, and Gloria McDonald; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. 

The family would like to thank Pastor Mark Cutler and the staff at Heritage Place for their loving care. 

Memorial contributions in Stan’s name may be given to Trinity Lutheran Church. 

A memorial service will be held 1 p.m on Monday, April 27, at Trinity Lutheran Church, Kalispell. Inurnment will follow at Glacier Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
