No. 26016 NOTICE OF PASSAGE OF RESOLUTION OF INTENTION HIGHWAY 93 NORTH ZONING DISTRICT The Board of Commissioners of Flathead County, Montana hereby gives notice pursuant to Section 76-2-205(5), M.C.A., that it passed a Resolution of Intention (Resolution No. 837DO) on February 27, 2019 to change the zoning designation in a portion of the Highway 93 North Zoning District from SAG-10 (Suburban Agricultural) to I-1H (Light Industrial Highway). The boundaries of the area proposed to be amended from SAG-10 to I-1H are described as: Lot 1 of Warner Hills in Section 01, Township 29 North, Range 22 West, P.M.M., Flathead County, Montana and more specifically described as follows: Lot 1 of Warner Hills, according to the map or plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the Clerk and Recorder of Flathead County, Montana. The regulations defining the SAG-10 and I-1H zones are contained in the Flathead County Zoning Regulations, on file for public inspection at the Office of the Clerk and Recorder, Courthouse, 800 South Main, Kalispell, Montana, at the Flathead County Planning and Zoning Office, 40 11th Street West, Kalispell, Montana, and on the Planning and Zoning Office's website, at: http://flathead.mt.gov/planning_zoning/downloads.php. Documents related to the proposed zone change are also on file for public inspection at the Office of the Board of Commissioners and the Flathead County Planning and Zoning Office. For thirty (30) days after the first publication of this notice, the Board of Commissioners will receive written protests to the change proposed for a portion of the Highway 93 North Zoning District from persons owning real property within Flathead County whose names appear on the last completed assessment roll of Flathead County and who either are registered voters in Flathead County or execute and acknowledge their protests before a notary public. NO. 26044 BUDGET AMENDMENT PROCLAMATION SOMERS SCHOOL DISTRICT 29 FLATHEAD COUNTY At a regular meeting of the board of trustees of School District No.29, Flathead County, Montana, held February 19, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. at the Lakeside Elementary School, the following resolution was introduced: WHEREAS, the trustees of School District No. 29, Flathead County Montana, have made a determination that as a result of an increase in enrollment, the district's budget for the general fund does not provide sufficient financing to properly maintain and support the district for the entire current school fiscal year; and WHEREAS, the trustees have determined that an amendment to the elementary school general fund in the amount of $24,194.46 is necessary under the provision of Section 20-9-161,,Subsection (1), MCA; for the purpose hiring additional classroom support, additional classroom supplies/textbooks, and ongoing maintenance obligations; and WHEREAS, the anticipated source of financing the budget amendment expenditures shall be the general fund reserve and additional Direct State Aid; THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Trustees of School District No. 29, Flathead County, Montana proclaims a need for an amendment to the elementary general fund budget for fiscal year 2019 in the amount of $24,194.46 under Section 20-9-161 Subsection (1), MCA, for the purpose identified above, and; BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Board of Trustees of School District No. 29, Flathead County, Montana, will meet at 6:00 p.m. at Somers Middle School on March 18, 2019 for the purpose of considering and adopting the budget amendment.
