Law roundup: Catcalls met with disapproval by employees

| April 4, 2021 12:00 AM

Four transients sitting on benches by a building were allegedly catcalling employees. Someone asked the Kalispell Police Department to move them along.

A woman wanted to show police suspicious emails she was receiving that claimed she was being turned over to law enforcement for a bunch of money that some guy she met on the internet had been trying to send her.

Someone requested a welfare check on a purportedly incoherent man with a cane who was sleeping at a bus stop.

Officers checked on an intoxicated man who was allegedly sprawled out on the sidewalk and had him move into the shade.

A man reportedly found a syringe in his backyard and had questions about what to do. Officers collected the syringe and put it in a sharps container.

A dog, possibly a puppy, allegedly kept going into a woman’s yard barking and acting aggressively toward her and her children.

A woman looked like she was trying to push a man out of the car he was driving.
