White shines for Braves against eastern schools

Nolan White was a double winner for Flathead Saturday in duals against Bozeman and Gallatin at FVCC.

White beat both of his opponents — Bozeman’s Blake Phillipi and Gallatin’s Braeden Butler — in straight sets.

Bozeman edged the Braves 5-3 and Gallatin tied with Flathead 4-4.

The Bravettes tennis team tied Bozeman 4-4 and swept Gallatin 8-0. Flathead’s Mayson Moore won the only singles match against Bozeman and Moore and doubles partner Patricia Hinchey were victorious against Gallatin.

The Flathead doubles pair of Marit Felton and Kami Darrow were also double winners, winning both matches in straight sets.
