Landstar Group, a real estate company based in Kalispell, has joined the Coldwell Banker brand and will now operate as Coldwell Banker Landstar Properties.

The move will establish the first Coldwell Banker Global Luxury branded-office in Montana. Landstar Group has been serving the Flathead Valley for over 20 years in the real estate, development, and property management industries, having developed more than 50 real estate projects ranging from commercial retail centers, hospitals, multi-family, luxury condos, and housing developments.

The company will open with two offices in Kalispell and Whitefish. The Coldwell Banker Landstar Properties Kalispell office will house both residential and commercial agents, while the Whitefish office will be a residential real estate office branded under the Coldwell Banker Global Luxury program.

On the commercial side, Coldwell Banker Landstar Properties joins the network of almost 200 Coldwell Banker Commercial companies globally.

A grand opening for the new offices is scheduled for mid-March.
