Flathead and Glacier are set for the first crosstown soccer meeting of the season tonight at Legends Stadium.

The girls start at 6 p.m., and the boys play at 8 p.m.

The Bravettes enter Thursday with a 2-3-1 record, coming off a 4-2 win against Butte last Friday. Mia Stephan leads Flathead with three goals.

Glacier’s girls (2-3-0) also beat Butte last week, a 10-0 win bolstered by senior forward Reagan Brisendine’s five-goal performance. Brisendine has 10 goals this season, Emmery Schmidt has four, and Calista Wroble has scored three goals and has eight assists.

The Glacier boys come into today’s match riding a five-game winning streak, and are the only unbeaten team in the Western AA at 5-0-0. Liam Ells leads the Wolfpack with five goals, while Joy Paolini, Liam Breding and Hans Coggins have each scored two. Coggins has seven assists.

Looking for their first win are the Braves, at 0-6-0. Trace Lenz, Ezias Bailey, Silas Eayers and Maxmilian Bonnet have all scored for Flathead this season.

Last year, the Bravettes swept crosstown with 3-2 and 1-0 wins; Glacier swept both meetings against the Braves, both games ended with a 5-1 score.
