Gfeller, Lady Griz close out Coyotes
MISSOULA — Carmen Gfeller scored 18 points and the Montana Lady Griz closed the game on a 19-2 run to beat South Dakota 74-61 Wednesday in the Big Sky-Summit Challenge.
Dani Bartsch added 17 points and 11 rebounds for the Lady Griz, who trailed 59-55 when the Coyotes’ Kendall Holmes hit a 3-pointer to open the fourth quarter.
