Letters to the editor Nov. 18

Bring us together

After reading the letters to the editor, published on Veterans Day I am disappointed in some Americans.  What do our veterans think of this division and ill will the letters convey. Is this what they (veterans) fought for?  

Most of us are Americans wanting what is best for all of us. This is not the time for tearing us apart more, but coming together to make us better.  Whether one is a Democrat, Republican or independent, we all have a vested interest and good ideas to be heard and respected.  

Bring us together, don’t divide.
