<p>Nick Haas takes a wooden riffle he made with his father from his locker on Friday afternoon, May 25, at Elrod Elementary. Fifth graders at Elrod were encouraged to dress the part as they celebrated Colonial Day with activities including Spinning and Weaving, Quill Writing, Tin Punching, Candle Making and Wood Working.</p>
