Blackfeet Nation reopens after strict pandemic closures
BROWNING (AP) — On March 15, 2020, just two days after COVID-19 entered Montana, the Blackfeet Nation declared a state of emergency. Like many places in Montana, the tribe's schools adopted remote learning and businesses, bars and restaurants closed.
