Madison Valley Medical Center EMT Corey Siders, left, visits with 91-year-old Robert Kensinger in Ennis, Mont., as part of the hospital's community paramedicine program. The program is an effort to reduce medical emergencies by providing home check-ins between doctor visits and follow-up care for discharged hospital patients. Kensinger says the visits help him remain safely at home. (Aaron Bolton/Montana Public Radio via AP)
