Accused murderer MajorJon Kaylor is remanded into the custody of law enforcement following his first appearance in court on Tuesday in Wallace. Shoshone County Prosecuting Attorney Benjamin Allen will not be seeking the death penalty for Kaylor's alleged crimes.
