Kalispell police were called to Main Street Thursday morning. Then, a caller said a man stumbled to a vehicle, kicked off his shoes, tried to get in the wrong door, then put the vehicle in reverse and sped backwards through the parking lot and over a curb. Alcohol was a suspected factor.

A business has a surveillance tape of a man stealing money from a cash register. Also caught in the act was someone trying to take gas from a vehicle parked outside of youth court.

All the windows were broken in a vehicle at Gateway Cinema. A purse was stolen.

Two boys were charged with underage alcohol possession at the entrance of Buffalo Hills Golf Course.

On College Avenue, a man in an older SUV reportedly followed children.

A resident on Fourth Avenue East discovered a man had jumped over her fence. He was last seen going over another fence.

Police had two calls about a truck that was towing a car in the alley behind Valley Bank and appeared to be tearing up the towed vehicle, which police learned was being repossessed.

Police went to the rescue of a mother on Fourth Avenue West, where a 2-year-old boy had locked her out. An officer forced open the door.

A stolen vehicle was found at Lawrence Park.

Many callers wanted to complain about bad dogs and bad drivers.

It was a rabbit that dog was eating, not a cat, as first reported at Peterson School.
