Kalispell fire and ambulance responded to five calls, including a motor-vehicle accident at Cottonwood and U.S. 2, in which two people were transported to the hospital.

Whitefish fire department was advised of an unattended fire on Whitefish Stage Road that turned out to be a controlled burn.
