The Kalispell City Council has a jam packed agenda for tonight. Most of the issues pertain to development, including:

. A conditional use permit for Blue Heron Estates. The applicants, Charles and Mickey Lapp, want to convert five single family residential lots to five two-unit townhouse lots within the subdivision.

. Applications from Cottonwood Park developers, Philip and Barbara Blandford, for annexation, initial zoning for the project and preliminary plat approval. The project is a 36-lot residential subdivision on the northwest corner of Three Mile Drive and Stillwater Road. The applicants want an urban single family residential zoning designation.

. Annexation and initial zoning for Lone Pine subdivision, an 81-lot project on 23 acres south of Foys Lake Road and west of Valley View Drive. The applicant, Lone Pine Development, LLC, wants a zoning designation of single family residential.

. Annexation and initial zoning applications from Mission Northwest Development, LLC, for a project on the west side of Seventh Avenue West, south of 11th Street West and Sunnyside Drive. The applicants want a zoning designation of two family residential.

The council also will discuss two resolutions authorizing the city to get loans to purchase water meters and hydrants and a fire engine.

The meeting starts at 7 p.m. in City Hall.
