Kalispell council to deal with zoning issues

The Kalispell City Council has a Monday night agenda packed with zoning issues.

The list includes:

.The second reading of an ordinance that would grant an initial zoning designation of urban, single-family residential for the Cottonwood Park subdivision, located on about 10 acres near the northwest corner of Three Mile Drive and Stillwater Road.

.The second reading of an ordinance that would grant an initial zoning designation of single-family residential and preliminary plat to Lone Pine subdivision, located on about 23 acres south of Foys Lake Road and west of Valley View Drive.

.The second reading of an ordinance that would grant an initial zoning designation of two-family residential to Mission Northwest, LLC, for about one-half acre of land located on the west side of Seventh Avenue, south of 11th Street West and Sunnyside Drive.

.A resolution that would grant final plat approval for a one-lot commercial subdivision for the parking area of the northeast corner of Gateway West Mall parking lot.

.A resolution that would grant final plat approval for a one-lot commercial subdivision in a residential/professional office zoning district located at the northwest corner of Three Mile Drive and North Meridian Road.

.Final plat approval for Orchard Village subdivision, which calls for 14 four-plex lots on about three acres on the south side of Appleway Drive and west of North Meridian Road.

The council will meet for a work session immediately following the regular meeting. The workshop agenda includes building fees and distribution of funds and an actions plan for the 2005-06 budget.

The regular meeting starts at 7 p.m. in City Hall.
