A deputy told a man to stop harassing kids around Echo Lake, but later, the man reportedly cornered a girl in a store until her father went in and warned him to stay away from children. Teenagers learned that speeding and making obscene gestures on Dern Road results in citations.

Allegations of harassment and assault and note-leaving evaporated into a big bunch of criminal nothingness on U.S. 2 east. The same outcome was reported after an episode of yelling and swearing and throwing things on Deer Trail.
