Kalispell police

Thefts reported to Kalispell police include $5,000 to $6,000 in jewelry stolen five or six years ago on Fourth Avenue East North. Also reported stolen were a debit card that has been used in Florida, prescription medicine missing on Liberty Street, and $2,200 and a silver pocket watch, missing also from Liberty Street.

Threats were reported outside City Hall and on Second Avenue West, where the issue was child custody.

A sleeping transient on Crestline Avenue was told to move along. A woman refused to leave a muffler repair shop when her vehicle broke down, even though she was told that mechanics had no time to solve her problem. The business called police about the impasse.

An ongoing problem of eggs, beer and other delicacies thrown at a vehicle was reported on Bluestone Drive. A windshield was broken on 10th Avenue West.

Police checked and learned there is nothing illegal about picketers outside Walgreens, where a masonry worker said he wasn't wasn't paid for construction work.

A man was arrested for his second DUI.

A woman on First Avenue West said her mother assaulted her.
