Steven Arthur Dougherty, 50

.Steven Arthur Dougherty, 50, passed away Wednesday, Aug. 10, 2005, at his home in Kalispell.

He was born Sept. 10, 1954, in Kansas City, Mo., to John and Noma (Moore) Dougherty Jr. He moved at a very young age to Montana, where he attended schools, graduating from Flathead High School in 1972.

He married Kelly Fallon in 1996 in Kalispell. He had worked at the Outlaw Inn for 20 years, and most recently had been the manager at Michael's West.

He was involved with the Big Brothers/Big Sisters program, as well as the St. Jude's Children's Hospital.

He loved rock 'n' roll, the Pittsburgh Steelers, camping, fishing, his dog, Daisey May, and, most of all, his family.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one grandson, Tristan Dougherty.

He is survived by his wife, Kelly Dougherty, of Kalispell; a son, Paul, and his fiancee, Maegan Muller, of Dumont, N.J.; a daughter, Angela Dougherty, of Kalispell; Jesse and Joey Fallon of Kalispell; three brothers, John, Mike and Mark Dougherty; and grandchildren, Tyler and Chance Palmer, and Kaiden Stratton.

Memorial services will be at 6 p.m. Monday, Aug. 15, at the Somers Fire Hall. A potluck reception will be after the services.
