Junior high holds open house Aug. 26

Kalispell Junior High School will host an open house for students and their parents or guardians on Aug. 26.

Anytime between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. that day, they are invited to walk the halls and get to know the layout of the school before school begins the following week.

Class schedules will have been mailed by that time, so each student can bring it along and walk through the individual schedule.

The first day students will be in class at the junior high this year is Aug. 31, when only ninth-graders attend.

Sept. 1 is Grade 8 Experience Day, when only eighth-graders will be in school.

Everyone will be in school together for the first time on Sept. 2.
