Joann Katherine Garding Bleck, 61

On Dec. 23, 2005, Joann Katherine Garding Bleck died as a result of an automobile accident in Spokane. She was born on Dec. 19, 1944, in Kalispell to Erwin and Eleanor Garding She was raised in Kalispell, graduated from Flathead High School and lived in Seattle; and then moved to Spokane.

She worked for the K-Mart stores for 32 years, retiring in 2004. Afterwards she enjoyed time spoiling her grandsons and having time to enjoy her yard and swimming pool, trying to get rich playing the penny machines at her favorite casino, and spending time with her family and friends.

Joann is survived by her husband, Gary Bleck, of Spokane; daughter and son-in-law, Janet and Mike Mckillip, of Seattle; sons, Craig and Brad Bleck, of Spokane; and two grandsons, Sean and Matthew Mckillip; one sister, Sandi Mason, of Colville, Wash.; two brothers, Donald Garding of Whitefish, and Daniel Garding of Kalispell, and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Erwin and Eleanor; sister, Susan Manley; two brothers -in-law, Ray Manley and Doug Mason; and one sister-in-law, Gail Garding.

Memorial services for Joann will be at a later date in the spring.

The family has requested any memorial contributions to be made to the Diabetic Society or a charity of your choice.

She will be deeply missed by all her family and friends.
