Watercolor instructor gives workshop

Prize-winning watercolorist Skip Lawrence will be instructing an April 18-22 workshop at Glacier Camp on Flathead Lake south of Lakeside.

Lawrence is co-editor of Palette Magazine, author of the book "Painting Light and Shadow in Watercolor" and is the host in numerous instructional videos. Visit www.skiplawrence.com to see examples of his work.

Through demonstrations, slides, painting times and critiques, Lawrence will help painters find their personal style.

The workshop is $475 for those registered before Feb. 15, and $500 after that date. Lodging is an additional $60 per day, which includes meals.
