Kalispell police

A woman reported to Kalispell police that her wallet was stolen Saturday from her unlocked car on Seventh Avenue West. It contained checks, credit cards and $160.

A clerk at the Kum 'N Go on First Avenue East complained that someone put condiments in the microwave which started on fire.

Officers were on the lookout for a white Blazer with a bow tie in the back window after a report that the driver nearly hit some pedestrians walking to their car at the Gateway West Mall.

Police investigated a report from a woman that she could see flames in Ashley Park Subdivision and thought someone was disturbing the new construction projects. Officers found the crew left an unattended fire on the site.

An attendant caught some youngsters with a muffin caper in progress at the Juice n' Java on West Center Street. He thought the kids returned all the muffins but discovered one or two still missing after they left.

Officers assisted a woman in getting a man off the bumper of her white Blazer at Hillstead's Home Furnishings. She did not want to take any action against the man who had prevented her from leaving during a verbal disagreement.
