Rescuers were busy Monday with vehicle accidents across Flathead County. A two-vehicle crash on U.S. 2 near the Glacier County line closed down the highway for a while Monday afternoon. Extrication equipment was needed from Martin City fire department. Other responders included ALERT helicopter, Columbia Falls ambulance, highway patrol, Browning ambulance, and Glacier Park. One injured person was flown to Kalispell Regional Medical Center by ALERT.

Whitefish ambulance was needed when a truck reportedly rolled twice in the northbound lane of U.S. 93 near KM Ranch Road on Monday. The ambulance and fire department, along with highway patrol, went to a vehicle-versus-tree crash near Happy Valley. Later, a vehicle rolled near Yoeman Hall Road, requiring rescuers from Creston fire department and other agencies.

Kalispell fire department had six calls, all for medical problems.

ALERT helicopter, Bigfork ambulance and Ferndale fire department went to Pine Ridge Road Monday when a man suffered a head injury.

Whitefish ambulance went to a construction site Monday when a man reportedly fell 20 feet.
