A driver called for help after road-confrontation poker escalated on U.S. 93 from Lakeside to Kalispell. The caller said the driver of a red pickup was tailgating him so he made a finger gesture. The driver of the truck saw that gesture and raised him one waving gun. He was stopped and arrested by Kalispell police.

A cattle guard and two gates were vandalized on West Valley Drive.

On Rogers Road, a resident reported three men and a woman taking parts from his car at 4 a.m. Tuesday. It appeared they were trying to take something from underneath the vehicle, he said. However, deputies found no footprints around the vehicle and the owner decided what he saw was actually some tarps blowing in the wind.

A man was arrested after he put his head into a window where he wasn't wanted Monday on Kelley Road. Another man was arrested after a Hungry Horse resident reported his door was broken and $200 was missing. A deputy had to counsel a couple when a woman complained about her husband ringing the doorbell and refusing to leave at 11 p.m. Monday.

No one was hurt in a rollover on Idaho Street near the Hilltop motel.
