Columbia Falls police

Eluding Columbia Falls police on the S-curve of Fourth Avenue WN was a bad idea, a driver found out early Saturday. The vehicle crashed and one person went to North Valley Hospital. Highway Patrol is investigating, so charges haven't been filed yet.

A 29-year-old man was charged with DUI after an officer stopped his vehicle on U.S. 2 East Friday night.
