The Flathead County Sheriff's Office responded to a report of a burglary on Cougar Trail. Someone entered a house through an open sliding-glass door and snatched money out of a couple of wallets.

Youths on a four-wheeler at Emery Bay Campground were harassing other campers Sunday night - yelling at people and shouting profanities. They were gone when officers arrived.

On U.S. 2 in Columbia Falls, a woman mouthed a "few choice words" to the operator of the fireworks stand there and then slapped him on the arm.

An assault was reported on Idaho Hill Road on Sunday evening when a man racing his car up and down the road was approached by a neighbor who asked him to slow down. The speed demon grabbed the neighbor and punched him in the jaw.

A man on Alpine Drive visited his neighbors' house Sunday evening with a shotgun. He was apparently unhappy with their dog hanging out on his property.

A man was arrested for partner assault on East Oregon Street.

And then there was the rare llamas-on-the-road report. It occurred on East Lakeshore Drive and all ended well with the happy reunion of llamas and owners.
