The Flathead County Sheriff's Office took a report from a parent who was distressed to find someone is using her 3-year-old son's name to apply for credit cards.

At a business on East Oregon Street, "people keep coming in and throwing a big fit and telling the owner and employees what maggots they are."

Boaters reported in distress on Flathead Lake turned out to be fine.

A teenager is the prime suspect in a theft in Bigfork.

On Eckleberry Drive, a miniature pony appeared in a yard, followed by a giant black Lab that chased the pony.

A domestic disturbance was reported on Condor Drive. On Ranch Lane, a parent had a problem with a 17-year-old stepson. Other domestic discontent was aired in the parking lot of Office Max. Threats were reported west of Whitefish.

A recurring problem with smoke was reported in the Orchard Ridge area. A chip truck was reported losing wood chips and traveling more than 90 miles per hour, south of Whitefish.

A revolver and wedding ring were stolen from Blue Lake Lane. Mail was stolen on Cynthia Drive.

Drywall dust activated a fire alarm at the Salvation Army building on Bountiful Drive.

A man reported that another man pointed a gun at him and threatened to kill him.
