The Flathead County Sheriff's Office took a report about an out-of-state man who called a home on Maple Drive and asked for a woman there, and then started talking dirty.

A minor was sent to youth court, and an adult was ticketed for providing alcohol.

An employee at a motel returned property she took from a guest. The employee later was cited for making threatening phone calls after being fired.

A man reported getting threatening calls from a man who also drives by his home suspiciously often.

Disturbances were reported at Kokanee Bend, Old River Bridge Road in West Glacier, on East Oregon Street and on U.S. 2 West. A party in the parking lot of a Hungry Horse business included a man who was wanted on a felony warrant; he was arrested. A woman on Third Avenue South didn't appreciate the obscenities unleashed by a woman on a phone.

A possible burglary was reported on Newlin Drive in Marion. A cabin was burglarized on Upper Ashley Lake Road.

A resident on the North Fork Road asked an officer to drive by and listen to the dogs howling and barking at a neighbor's house. A deputy did, and talked to the dog's owners about the noise. Three callers complained about the dogs barking on Konley Drive, where they were left alone. Threats about loose dogs took the Happy out of Happy Valley.

Ball hitches were stolen at Forest Acres. Mulch and topsoil were collected dirt cheap by thieves at Black Gold Topsoil.

Two people reported finding bats; their calls were referred to an animal warden.

A man who tried to buy alcohol at a convenience store at 4 a.m. seemed to already have had enough, according to a clerk who reported him as a possibly drunken driver.

A display case was shattered at Art Fusion in Bigfork. A window was broken on Electric Avenue. Youths who broke a windshield when they hit golf balls on Farm to Market Road agreed to replace it.
