Two Kalispell-area men are jailed in Missoula after a two-month investigation involving the Northwest Drug Task Force, state criminal investigations division, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, and Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.

Bond was set in Flathead County at $500,000 for Efren Rosales, 37, and Rogelio Gomez-Cano, 23, both of Shelter Valley near Kalispell.

They were arrested in a raid at a Missoula motel and were charged with possession of dangerous drugs with intent to sell.

According to court records, they sold four ounces of methamphetamine to an undercover agent in the Flathead.

They reportedly had seven ounces of crystal meth worth $21,000 at the time of their arrest. According to Kevin Burns of the local drug team, that was seized, along with scales and a .45-caliber gun.

More charges are expected, Burns said.
