Kalispell police department counseled a woman whose explanation for swerving in and out of traffic on Third Avenue East was that she was late for work.

A hit-and-run accident led to a man being arrested for his second DUI and a second charge of having no insurance charge, and citations for careless driving, leaving an accident scene, and having no valid license.

A man called a woman on Second Avenue West and wanted her credit-card numbers. Nice try.

A man on a bike was moved to yell obscenities on Ninth Avenue West.

It was after midnight when a disagreement on Seventh Street West attracted officers. A woman there said another woman wouldn't give her back her shirt. The other woman was put on notice that she's no longer welcome. Two other women argued over a check on Second Avenue East.

Lumber was stolen from a job site on West Montana Street.

A historical sign for a house was knocked over on Fourth Avenue East.
