Flathead County Sheriff's Office investigated when a woman in camouflage pants had an animated conversation with herself, punctuated with yelling and screaming near Echo Lake. She was found to be fine.

Sought for a suspected gas runoff at Town Pump is a blue Isuzu Rodeo with a bug guard that says "Not My First Rodeo."

An assault was reported on Autumn Lane where tempers flared at a meeting. A man was arrested for partner assault on Rockwood Road. Parents called officers for a spat between 10-year-old girls on Willow Glen Drive. Older children were at issue on South Mountain View Drive, where participants in a custody dispute were told not to involve law enforcement again. On Jensen Road, a parent called about a daughter who refused to leave and took items from the house.

A man on Tamarack Creek Road was arrested on a warrant from Idaho.

Deputies decided it was a civil issue and not a criminal matter when a resident on East Lakeshore Drive would not allow a neighbor's builders onto property.

A young man with four aliases was arrested for possession of stolen property on Lake Drive.

A man said he left his vehicle with someone to paint. It never was painted, and he found the vehicle at a wrecking yard, relieved of many items and trashed.

During the three hours that someone was away from a home on the North Fork Road, screens were torn out in the bedroom, carpets were messed up and a firearm was stolen. On Fourth Street West North near Columbia Falls, someone took a four-wheeler and fired shots into the residence, putting a hole in a mattress.

A man was arrested after a woman on Stag Lane said he gave her a fat lip.

A pit bull wouldn't let a Department of Natural Resources and Conservation get close to a 3-year-old child found standing in the brush at the Ashley Lake turnoff. The child's father came to pick them up.
