Nine athletes to join C-Falls Hall of Fame

Nine Columbia Falls High School athletes will be inducted into the school's Hall of Fame.

They are: Dani Herman, Jace Ladenburg, Anthony Minson, Drew Perry, Kyle Rosenbaum, Devin Schmit, Bekah Stoltz, Cassie Stoneman and Aric Tarr.

A ceremony will honor the inductees in December or January.

A list of the athletes' achievements follows:

. Herman - (academic all-state), Dumay Award 2005; Volleyball - two-year letter winner; first team all-conference, team MVP, co-captain in 2004; JV MVP in 2002; Basketball - two-year letter winner; co-captain and coaches award in 2005.

. Ladenburg - (seven-time academic all-state) Football - four-year letter winner; all-conference tight end/linebacker, all-state and team defensive MVP in 2004; all-conference lineman/linebacker in 2002; two-time team co-captain; Basketball - two-year letter winner; team hustle award in 2005; Track - all-state discus in 2005; all-conference shot put and discus in 2005.

. Minson - Basketball - three-year letter winner; Class A state tournament MVP, first team all-state tournament squad, second team all-conference, team's leading scorer, rebounder, defensive MVP and team MVP; coaches award in 2004; JV MVP in 2003; freshman defensive leader award in 2002.

. Perry - Football - selected to East/West Shrine game; all-state defensive back/wide receiver and first team all-conference, coaches award in 2004; all-state defensive back/wide receiver and first team all conference in 2003; Basketball - all-state and first team all-conference, team MVP, 3-point percentage leader and second team all-state tournament team in 2005; second team all-conference, team MVP and leading scorer in 2004; Track - all-state and all-conference triple jump in 2004; U.S. Army Reserve National Scholar/Athlete Award in 2005.

. Rosenbaum - Football - East/West Shrine Game selection, all-state running back/defensive back and first team all-conference in 2004; Sapa Award in 2004; first team all-conference running back in 2003; second team all-conference defensive back in 2002; Basketball - member of the 2003 state championship team; Track - school record holder in the triple jump; all-conference and all-state triple jump and long jump in 2005, 2004 and 2003; state triple jump champion in 2004 and 2003.

. Schmit - Track - four-year letter winner; Class A state 800 champ, Class A, Northwest A Conference and school record holder in the 800 in 2005; also all-state in 2004 and 2003; four-time all-conference performer; team's leading scorer in 2004 and 2005; Cross country - all-conference and fifth place Northwest Divisional in 2003.

. Stoltz - Track - three-year letter winner; Class A state discus champion in 2004 and 2005; Class A state javelin champion in 2005; all-state shot put in 2005, 2004, 2003; all-conference shot put and discus 2005, 2004, 2003; all-conference javelin 2005 and 2004; Basketball - three-year letter winner; all-state and all-conference in 2004 and team offensive MVP.

. Stoneman - Soccer - four-year letter winner; all-state in 2004; all-conference in 2004 and 2003; defensive MVP in 2004 and 2003; Track - four-year letter winner; Class A state triple jump champion; all-state in long jump 2005 and 2003; all-state triple jump in 2005, 2004 and 2003; all-conference long jump in 2005, 2003, 2002 and all-conference triple jump in 2005, 2004 and 2003; all-conference 100 hurdles in 2005; coaches award winner twice.

. Tarr - Wrestling - two-time state champ in 2003 and 2004; state runner-up in 2005; back-to-back undefeated seasons in 2004 and 2003; overall record of 106-14; all-state four times; conference champ in 2005, 2004 and 2003; four times all-conference; two-time Rocky Mountain Classic champ; Dan Buzzel Award 2005; Cross country - four-year letter winner; team MVP in 2005 and 2003; all-conference 2005.
