Whitefish police warned a man in a fight on Central Avenue on Sunday that if he came back, he'd be arrested. He did and he was.

Someone at the library reported a 4-by-4-foot piece of drywall that flew off the roof at the Central School remodeling site and whipped past the library. Wicked-witch-force winds were reported downtown.
