Wilma Ruth Weigle, 85

Wilma Ruth Weigle, 85, passed away Sunday, May 22, 2005, at Kalispell Regional Medical Center in Kalispell.

Wilma was born Sept. 29, 1919, in Canada, to William and Martha (Hoffman) Fritzke.

Wilma graduated from nurses training, earning her RN degree from Victoria Hospital in Yorkton, Saskatchewan. Wilma then worked in various fields of nursing including hospitals, doctors offices, school nurse, migrant worker clinics, and military induction centers.

Wilma was involved in her church, the Rocky Mountain Baptist Church, and enjoyed sewing, needlework, fishing, camping and gardening.

Wilma was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence Weigle, two brothers, and three sisters.

She is survived by two sons, Wilson Weigle of Kalispell, and Neil Weigle of Crocker, Mo.; one daughter, Jackie Lowery, of St. Ignatius; three brothers, Bernard Fritzke, George Fritzke and Arthur Fritzke; five sisters, Esther Harris, Felicia Sardar, Jo Anne Hait, Millicent Bunkowski, and Judith Voth; four grandchildren, Mike Ettl, Steven Johnson, and Sarah and Kelly Weigle. Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. today, at Rocky Mountain Baptist Church in Kalispell.
