Carol Jean Hylton, 68

Carol Jean Hylton, 68, passed away Nov. 5, 2005, at Heritage Place in Kalispell.

She was born Jan. 3, 1937, in Kalispell, to Melvin and Ellen (Blair) Lykins.

Carol worked as a seamstress after graduating from high school. She loved sewing and crafts.

Carol was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles, and was a volunteer at Kalispell Regional Medical Center.

She is survived by her stepfather, Lee Cowan, of Kalispell; children, Rick Kelso of Kalispell, and Jackie Lewis and her husband, Terry, of Marietta, Ga.; six grandchildren, Richard and Anthony Kelso, Zackery, Ariel, Melonie and Tyler Lewis; and great-grandchildren, Ivy and Carter Kelso.

Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, Nov. 14, at Buffalo Hill Funeral Home. A reception will follow at the Eagles Lodge.
