took a report from West Lakeshore Drive, where someone broke into the house through a window screen and took a vehicle.

The resident reportedly who knows who did that.

The people with loud music on Edgewood Place were told about the noise ordinance and the people who called in the complaint about it learned when they should and shouldn't use the emergency 911 number.
