Dennis Wesley Brooks, 40

Dennis Wesley Brooks, 40, of Everett, Washington, ended his journey in the rushing waters of McDonald Creek on Monday, Nov. 21, 2005.

He was born April 23, 1965, in Whitefish to Delmas (Dennis) D. Brooks and Snoma (Rosemary) Marple.

He had a passion for living life to its fullest along with the his love for the woods and Mother Nature. He was avid in all his endeavors of whatever he chose to do in life.

He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Charles and Eulalie Brooks, and his grandmother, Clara Marple.

Dennis leaves the love of his life and wife of five years, Anne; daughters Kiela and Tia; his father, Delmas Brooks of Columbia Falls; his mother, Snoma (Rosemary) Meagher, and stepfather, Corky Meagher, of Whitefish; two sisters, Genny Hemterly of Whitefish, and Denise and husband, Cliff Willis, of Hungry Horse; a nephew, Justin Lugo, of Hungry Horse; a brother, Delmas Brooks Jr., of Kalispell; nieces, nephews and many friends in Montana and Washington; and stepbrothers, Shawn Meagher and Kim Spudt.

A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 26, 2005, at the Canyon Community Church in Coram. A reception will be after the service.

Arrangements are with the Columbia Mortuary in Columbia Falls.
