Board considers four subdivisions

The Flathead County Planning Board has a reasonably light agenda tonight, with public hearings scheduled on four subdivision proposals.

The projects include:

-The preliminary plat of the amended plat of Lot 6 of Whitefish Hills, which creates two residential lots on 40 acres located off Whitefish Hills Drive, south of Whitefish.

-The preliminary plat for Anderson Plats Subdivision, a five-lot project on 5 acres located at 295 Badrock Drive south of Columbia Falls.

-The preliminary plat of the amended plat of Lot 1, Morning-glory View Estates, which creates two lots on 5 acres located at 279 Morning View Drive.

-The preliminary plat of Kestrel Subdivision, a five-lot project on 6.6 acres at 263 Many Lakes Drive.

The planning board meets in the second-floor conference room of the Earl Bennett Building in Kalispell, beginning at 6 p.m.
