took a report of six intoxicated youths fighting in the street in Coram. Two men in their 50s, smelling of alcohol, pestered people and looked in vehicles in the Kmart parking lot. They left without trouble.

A 2-year-old boy escaped while his mother made dinner near Columbia Falls. He was found, safe and sound.

Bad drivers were reported across the valley.

A couple's dispute at the Spinnaker Bar prompted a visit from a deputy, who decided everyone involved was safe.

That 18-year-old boy had been told before to stay away from a teenage girl on Whitefish Stage Road, but he was back again at midnight, knocking on a window. A deputy who responded doesn't believe the boy will be a problem anymore.

An air conditioner was reported stolen at Meadowlark Trailer Court.

A window was shot out of a truck on Stoner Creek Road. Three holes were discovered in a window at Glacier Gallery.

Two picketers, including a former employee, were within their legal rights when they protested on the county right-of-way outside a business near Columbia Falls.

An older man seen lying in a ditch on Montana 35 caused concern. A deputy investigated and learned that the man is fine and enroute to Fargo on his bike. Another person reported the same man later in the day Monday. His destination hadn't changed, even though he had not made much progress.
