Flathead County sheriff's deputies issued a warrant for a 66-year-old man who reportedly punched and kicked his 45-year-old sister when she refused to let him take her two sons Monday night. Reportedly, the man had prearranged to pick up the 10- and 11-year-old boys, but their mother decided not to let them go with him. He allegedly beat her.

One of the boys was slightly injured, the sheriff said, when he tried to get between them. The man left, and the mother and boys all went to the hospital. When contacted by phone, the man denied the accusation.
