Columbia Falls police, Three Rivers Ambulance, Flathead Electric and Bresnan Communications all went to Ruder Elementary just after 4 p.m. Tuesday. A vehicle driven by an 18-year-old man ran into a pole, and the vehicle's airbag deployed. Whether anyone was taken to the hospital was not known immediately, but it took Flathead Electric about two hours to fix the downed wire.
