Once, twice, three times a caller

| April 28, 2007 1:00 AM

Flathead County sheriff's deputies were called three times Thursday night to handle trouble being caused by the same man harassing his girlfriend. The first call was to the Silver Bullet Bar on Montana 206, followed by two calls to locations in Martin City. Ultimately, she didn't appear to be in any distress.

A mother on Jellison Road reported her 15-year-old son as a runaway.

First, a young man was reported driving along Montana 35 near Bigfork, knocking on doors and trying to find a place to stay. Fifteen minutes later, he hit a tree. Alcohol was not involved, sheriff's deputies said.

The investigation continues into a reported incident of sexual intercourse without consent, for which a Columbia Falls man was jailed.
