Party's over; let's start the fight

Flathead County Sheriff's deputies responded to an argument between a man and his brother. They had allegedly been throwing beer bottles at each other. The bottles were empty, which may help to explain why the fight happened in the first place.

Four vehicles made their way through the Flathead River to the Presentine sand bar. Game wardens were not happy, and gave the errant drivers a stern talking to.

Deputies came across a kid who supposedly had drugs with him in the parking lot of a big box store on U.S. 2.

A 41-year-old woman was arrested after getting into a fight with another woman.

Underage drinkers were reported at Lakeside Beach.

A 19- and 20-year-old took jet skis too far out into Flathead Lake and were reported missing. They came back unharmed.

A panhandler was told not to return to a grocery store on U.S. 2.

Two men got into a shouting match on Sleepy Hollow Road. Deputies calmed everyone down.

Deputies received reports of a bear sighting on Political Hill Road in Lakeside.

A man on Cottonwood Drive left the keys in his truck overnight. When he woke up in the morning, the truck was gone. It was found a little dinged up in the parking lot of a big box store on U.S. 2.

A boat was reported stolen on Ashley Lake Road.
